I’m Kassandra Arsenault, a Digital Marketing Strategist, and Founder of Konnect. I help entrepreneurs step into their next level by building brands that connect, convert, and actually mean something.
My path started in Thunder Bay, Ontario, where I was always drawn to people. Understanding them, connecting with them, and figuring out what really moves them. I began in Psychology at Lakehead University, but quickly realized I wasn’t meant to stay in theory. I was meant to apply it. I fast-tracked my degree and shifted into Business Marketing at Confederation College, where everything clicked. Human behavior and business strategy weren’t separate worlds. They were the same conversation.
That foundation led me into digital marketing, where I continued refining my skills through social media marketing studies at George Brown College.
In 2020, I built Konnect from the ground up. What started as social media support has evolved into something much deeper. Today, I partner with entrepreneurs scaling into high six and multi-seven figures, acting as both strategist and right hand in their business. I help simplify the backend, lead operations, and create marketing that feels aligned, not forced.
I’ve supported clients in scaling from $100K months to million-dollar years, built and grown memberships into thriving communities, supported masterminds, and helped bring retreats and live experiences to life. But more than that, I’ve become someone my clients trust at the highest level. Someone who can hold the vision, lead the execution, and make it all feel lighter.
My work is rooted in one core belief. Your voice is your most powerful marketing tool. Strategy matters, but connection is what creates movement. When those two come together, everything changes.
Speaking is where everything lands for me. I have been a public speaker for over 20 years. It’s not just about sharing strategy, it’s about creating a shift in the room. I blend psychology, business, and real-life experience to help people quiet the noise, trust their voice, and show up with clarity and confidence. Whether I’m talking visibility, social media, or growth, my goal is simple. Get people out of hiding and into a version of themselves that actually moves things forward.
